Nick owns the Cooperative Home Services Program. Decades of experience in the home repair space including as a C-level executive at HomeServe USA, Sears Home Services, as well as a consulting partner to various utilities, has motivated Nick to build an offering that puts the member experience first and aligns with the Cooperative mission in Rural America. A Brit, Nick is a qualified accountant (ex-Deloitte) and has a degree in Forest Management. This has created a keen awareness of the pressures of living and working in rural areas. Nick lives with his wife and three kids in the woods of Connecticut.
VP National Accounts – AIG Warranty
Chrisie has 20 years’ experience in the Service Contract, Appliance and Warranty industries working for Accent Marketing, GE Appliances, and AIG Warranty. She leads AIG’s relationships across Retail, OEM’s, and Home Warranty. Chrisie’s experiences in client management, service contract marketing, appliance parts sales and service brought her to AIG in April 2020. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
General Manager – AIG Warranty, North America
Jody oversees AIG’s Warranty and Service Programs in North America and is responsible for the profitability and growth of the major programs and product lines. Prior to his current role, he was the Chief Financial Officer for Global Personal Insurance Services where he was responsible for the global finance activities for Warranty. Jody is a qualified Chartered Accountant and earned Bachelor of Commerce and Honours degrees in Accounting.
Chief Operations Officer – AIG Warranty
Greg has 20+ years’ experience in the Service and Warranty industry working for GE Appliances, Service Net Solutions and AIG Warranty. He is currently focusing on improving our customer journey through automation, efficiency and simplification. He is a graduate of the GE Operations Management Leadership Program and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Louisville’s Speed Scientific School and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz School of Business.
AVP Call Center Operations – AIG Warranty
Jennifer has 20+ years’ experience in the Warranty industry working for Service Net Solutions and AIG Warranty. She is responsible for all aspects of the customer experience including the front-line agents, customer relations, workforce management and training teams. Jennifer holds a B.S. in Public Relations and Organizational Communications from Murray State University.
Field Service Operations Manager – AIG Warranty
Adam has 19+ years of experience within the Services industry working with Best Buy and AIG Warranty. At AIG, he leads the service network through optimization aimed at enabling servicers to deliver world class customer experiences. During his tenure at Best Buy, Adam managed customer experience, people, and business operations that spanned across channels in Service Fulfillment, Retail and Contact Centers. He joined AIG in May 2021.
AVP Field Service – AIG Warranty
Mark has more than 20 years of experience working in the Service industry. He began working at AIG in 2013 and he leads the Service organization where he is responsible for all aspects of delivering service to our customers. Mark’s team manages our best-in-class service network and all open claims management. Before working at AIG Warranty, Mark owned a service repair company and held the position of National Service Manager at Fisher & Paykel Appliances.
Senior Account Manager – AIG Warranty
Kate has 10+ years’ experience in the warranty industry working for Service Net Solutions and AIG Warranty. In her role, she is the main point of contact for clients – partnering with them and internal AIG stakeholders to ensure operational and customer service excellence while identifying growth opportunities. During her tenure with AIG Warranty Kate has managed global, consumer electronics, mobile and home warranty accounts. She holds a B.A. in Integrated Strategic Communications from The University of Kentucky.
